The purpose of this review was to gather information from NHS hospital staff who have implemented or are planning to implement wearing cloth hats in the Theatre environment.

Laboratory investigative report to evaluate microbes on theatre hats. 

Personalised re-useable cloth hats could replace disposable hats, thereby reducing waste going to landfill and enabling staff to be identified. The cloth hats may be washed and returned clean directly to the end user.
