What Does This Mean for You?
1. Enhanced Order Processing: Our new systems will streamline order processing, minimising wait times and improving accuracy. We want you to receive your orders quickly and without hassle. We are also excited to share that our theatre badge hat range has now been added to an NHS-approved framework, so if you prefer to purchase your products via a Framework rather than directly, this is now possible. We hope to be added to other NHS Frameworks soon also, so if this route is your preferred choice, we can now facilitate it.
2. Improved Customer Support: With more automated systems in place, our customer service team will have more time to focus on your inquiries and concerns. Expect faster response times and more personalised service.

5. Our name badges, which are attached to the hats, have three variations:
Blank so they can be written on with a dry wipe marker.
Digitally printed names and roles.
Role only (so the names can be written at the top (this is great for students).
